BURANO CONDOS – 832 Bay Street (Bay & College)
ABOUT BURANO CONDOS
Burano condos is one of the top places to be in downtown Toronto, between Grenville and Grosvenor, just north of Bay and College. This residence was completed in early 2013 and stands tall at 50 stories with just shy of 500 suites in total. Filled with both newly constructed condo suites as well as loft units within the more historic facade of the building, there are a number of different styles to choose from within the building.
With the completion of Burano Condos came some great eatery choices in the neighbourhood, rather than your standard bank and dry cleaning options found elsewhere at the bases of other condo towers. On the south side of the building bustles a Nando’s Restaurant, while further up you’ll find a What-A-Bagel and a higher-end restaurant at the north side. It’s also conveniently located just a short walk to College Subway, the University of Toronto and Ryerson University, as well as countless government offices too.
Burano Condos shines with fabulous amenities on the 3rd floor of the building, most notably with one of the rare rooftop pool, jacuzzi and sundeck areas. Stretch out on loungers and enjoy soaking up the sun right in the midst of the city during summer! On top of that, Burano Condos has an extensive gym space, party room, theatre room, billiards room and board room available for all residents to use.
One of the unique features of Burano Condos is that there are a number of very spacious 3+1 bedroom suites of over 1200 sq.ft. in size running up the south west corner of the building. Nowhere else in the immediate neighbourhood will you be able to find this many large-scale suites all in one building! Mixed into this are one bedroom suites starting in the mid 400 sq.ft. size range along with suites of every size in between.
