There are so many suites at Lumiere coming on the market for rent right now it’s unbelievable! At the present moment, there are at least 23 rental suites, and half of one dozen suites for sale through the builder’s agent. The issue is, what does it mean for you when you see a suite that has come on the market – What’s the exposure? What’s the floor plan? What’s the view like?
In the coming weeks, I will be profiling all of the suite numbers so that you have a better understanding of what they are all about.
The beautiful thing from my perspective is that Lumiere is very consistent with it’s floor plans throughout many of the levels. The same cannot be said about, say, College Park, which changes it’s numbers, layouts and ceiling heights, and has unique surprises around every corner in terms of consistency.
Fortunately, if you are seeking information on a suite from levels 3 to 27, you’ll be able to follow the guide above for reference on the elevator location as well as the approximate spacing between suites. I’ve made the hallway floor plan myself as a useful guide for my clients, as well and anyone else who may need it. It’s the closest thing to being in the hallway of Lumiere itself! And though I try as best as I can to be an artist, please know that I wouldn’t consider the plan to be to scale 😉
Also, in the coming weeks, I’ll be profiling the type of balcony associated with each suite. Some are corners, some completely private, and others shared with just a thick pane of translucent textured glass.
If you really can’t wait for the information to be posted, you can always contact me and I’ll provide you in advance with whatever I can to answer your questions.
